The animation is smooth, and her clothing is simple but decent. I love her hips! I would point out that her left leg (our right) is a little thicker than the other leg, and the same can be said of her left arm, which seems bigger than her right arm.
The rest is straightforward; if you would like to make more expensive adopts, you'll have to add more detail. Just adding the shading of the folds in the ruffles of her dress would make a huge difference in this adopt. While the red is nice, adding in a few other colors to the hair or dress would make her more dynamic. All in all, good work, and keep it up!
